As a B2B manufacturer and exporter, we follow strict quality control measures. However, if there are issues with your order, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.
1. Returns Policy
As we manufacture goods based on bulk orders and customized requirements, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, overstock, or incorrect specifications provided by the buyer.
We accept returns or offer solutions only under the following conditions:
Products received are damaged during transit.
Products received are defective or have manufacturing faults.
Products received are significantly different from the approved sample/specifications.
2. Reporting a Problem
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products:
Notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Provide clear photographs and videos of the damaged/defective products and the packaging.
Share the relevant invoice number and shipment details.
Without timely reporting and proof, claims may not be accepted.

3. Return Authorization
Upon verification of your claim, we will issue a Return Authorization if necessary.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Refunds or Replacements
After inspecting the returned products or verifying the claim:
We may offer a free replacement, repair, or credit note against future purchases, depending on the situation.
Refunds are provided only in special cases where replacement or credit is not possible.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 15-30 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Customized products made to your specifications (design, size, finish) cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Slight variations in color, texture, or minor craftsmanship differences are part of the handmade manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, manufacturing defect), we will bear the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to reasons not attributable to us, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
7. Important Notes
Always inspect shipments upon arrival and report any visible damage immediately to the carrier before signing the delivery receipt.
Claims for missing items, damages, or shortages must be supported with appropriate evidence.
We recommend keeping all packaging materials until your claim is fully resolved.
