Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after receiving a confirmed Purchase Order (PO) and agreed advance payment.
Standard production time depends on the product type and quantity, typically ranging between 30 to 90 days.
For customized or large-volume orders, production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping Methods
We offer flexible shipping options to meet the needs of our global B2B clients:
Sea Freight (Full Container Load / Less than Container Load) Ideal for bulk orders. Most economical shipping method.
Air Freight Available for urgent or smaller shipments, at additional cost.
Courier Services For samples or small volume shipments via trusted international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in product pricing and will be quoted separately based on:
Shipment volume and weight
Shipping method chosen
Destination country and port/airport
We offer both FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms based on client preference.
Delivery Time
Sea Freight: 25-45 days (depending on destination) after dispatch.
Air Freight: 7-15 days after dispatch.

Packaging
All products are packed securely with high-quality, export-grade packaging materials.
Customized packaging (e.g., private label, branding) is available upon request.
Standard Packaging Includes:

Duties and Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer/importer.

Shipment Tracking
Once the shipment is dispatched, we will provide you with all relevant shipping documents, including:

Damages or Loss
We take utmost care in packaging and handling to ensure products reach you safely.
In case of any visible damage to the shipment, please notify the shipping company immediately and document the damage with photos before signing the delivery receipt.
All claims related to transit damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
